About Us
The Little Huskies Learning Center staff is comprised of caring, knowledgeable people who love helping and teaching children. They're passionate about the work they do!
Program Overview
The Little Huskies Learning Center is a developmentally-appropriate multiage preschool program available to children ages 3 1/2 to 5 1/2 years old. Children are exposed to a wide range of learning experiences under the care and supervision of experienced early childhood teachers.
The curriculum is based on the Indiana Department of Education’s learning standards for three, four, and five-year-olds.
Classroom activities include a variety of whole group, small group ,and individual opportunities. Additionally, students will have a balance of free choice and selected experiences, quiet and active play, and social and academic activities.

NOTE: Registration before February 20th, 2026 will not be applied to the 26-27 school year.
Enrollment Placement
Enrollment placement will begin on Monday, April 13, 2026.
Any registrations received after April 10, 2026 will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
What We Provide
As part of the Hamilton Heights School Corporation, LHLC Preschool will provide:
- Program aligned and connected to our kindergarten program
- Smoother transition to kindergarten for students and parents
- Open communication between LHLC staff and the Elementary School staff
- A wide range of materials and learning activities available at different levels
- New state-of-the-art facility providing a wide variety of indoor and outdoor attractions
LHLC students can learn and interact in many ways. Large-group instruction sessions bring them closer as peers, encouraging collaboration and communication--two skills they will use throughout life!

Hours
Full Day – 8:30 A.M. to 2:55 P.M.
Half Day – 8:30 A.M. to 11:50 A.M.
Full Day + BAC - 6:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
